International Conference on “Actions to Accelerate Women-Led Development”
The Arun Jaitley National Institute of Financial Management (AJNIFM) is committed to promoting research in public financial management, economic growth, finance and accounting, public financial administration, and public expenditure management. AJNIFM also houses a dedicated Gender Responsive Budgeting Cell, which works towards advancing gender equity through specialized training programs, workshops, and research initiatives.
We invite submissions for the International Conference on “Actions to Accelerate Women-Led Development,” which will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, including policymakers, public authorities, academicians, researchers, civil society organizations, NGOs, entrepreneurs, media professionals, youth representatives, and community leaders. The conference will focus on addressing the current global and regional trends in gender studies, opportunities, best practices and successful models for achieving gender equality and women’s empowerment.
This event offers a platform for dialogue among experts from fields such as government, public policy, economics, social sciences, and gender studies. Its aim is to enhance the empirical and theoretical discourse on accelerating women-led development, with a particular focus on India's economic, social, and political landscape.

Registration Fee
There is no registration fee for participation and presentation of papers in the conference.
Submission Procedure
Authors should submit an abstract of the draft paper in English of around 300-500 words to [email protected] by 31st December 2024. The abstract should briefly state the research purpose, methods and data, principal results, and primary conclusion.
Please include a description of the paper’s research background, methodology and data, results, conclusions, and evidence-based policy recommendations, as well as the name, affiliation, position, and email of each author. The corresponding author should be clearly marked.
All papers must contain only original or review work which has not been published, nor is currently under review, by any other journal, conference, or other outlets, including working paper series.
Arrangements for Selected Papers
Authors of accepted full papers will be invited to present their work during the day of the scheduled conference, which will be held at AJNIFM Campus, Faridabad.
